We are a flat green lawn bowls club on the edge of Chipping campden in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the North Cotswolds.

We have an excellent six rink bowling green to Bowls England standards and a clubhouse that is the envy of many of our visiting opponents.

On the green we have a club night every Monday when members turn up to practice and socialise.

We then have various friendly men's, women's and mixed matches in the evening during the week or on Saturday or Sunday afternoons.

Our fixture list is quite big and you decide which matches you would like to be considered for.

We also run our own club competitions in which you will play in knockout tournaments. There are a variety of competitions including men's and ladies singles; men's, ladies and mixed pairs and also mixed triples. These competitions follow the normal rules of bowls and they usually start at the beginning of the season in May.

From 2008 we are having men's and ladies novice competitions that follow a different set of rules to the normal competitions. The competitions usually end on the finals day near the end of the outdoor season in late September.

We also encourage some of our keener players to compete in county competitions and hope to soon be joining a league.

Our club is a proud member of Bowls England and also of Gloucestershire Bowling Association.

Our club is open to everyone of any age or sex. Many people think that bowls is just for older generation but this is not true. We do have older people at our club but we also have a lot of middle age members as well as junior members. Bowls is for everyone especially here at Chipping Campden.

Even if you're not playing then there is something here for you. We have a licensed bar, pool table, kitchen, meeting area and changing rooms in a very beautiful and peaceful setting.

We hold many social events like bingo and quiz nights during the winter as well as making the clubhouse available for private hire.
